Nicole Krasny Asch has been a civil trial and appellate attorney for over 25 years in both Los Angeles and San Diego, California. She has represented clients upholding their civil and Constitutional rights, in complex litigation matters, contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, trademark infringement, entertainment litigation, unfair competition and unfair business practices disputes, class actions, commercial disputes, products liability, and personal injury, in both state and federal courts. Nicole began her career working at the firm Fulbright & Jaworski in Los Angeles (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and later worked for the firms Genga & Associates P.C. and Facts Law Truth Justice.
Educational Background:
Nicole earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, where she received awards for the Dean’s List for Academics and Warren College Provost’s List for Outstanding Academics. She earned her JD in 1999 from UC San Francisco’s Hastings College of Law where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Writing and Research, received Honors, and was a member of the National Moot Court Competition. Nicole externed for the Honorable Charles A. Legge, Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 1999.

Nicole became a member of the California Bar Association in 1999 and is admitted to the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern federal districts in California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Passion Projects:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Nicole became an advocate for medical freedom, safeguarding our Constitutional rights, and protecting children after learning about the unethical and dangerous mandates and measures the state and federal government , public school districts, and government agencies were implementing.
Personal Life:
Nicole currently resides with her husband in San Diego, California with their three teenage children.
